Quiet and Peaceful Love this place. I never hear anyone in my own apartment unless someone is in the hallway. I love the pool in the summer and the free coffee in the lobby is my favorite. The gym is pretty big as far as apartment gyms go and it’s clean. I love this place.
Outstanding Apartment Complex I have lived here since the complex was initially built. An upscale building that is quiet and well-maintained. Guests to my home often comment on how much it does not look like a typical apartment. Best staff and management in Rapid City I have lived here for over 3 years and have never had an issue with getting the service that I pay for, and the community is respectful of one another here too. Dale and Christina in the office are amazing and the manager John is always nice, respectful and eager to help if I need something. Jeff the maintenance guy and his crew are flawless in their efforts.
Amazing Views and Great Amenities This apartment complex really did a good job. I used to live at their sister property Copper Ridge and I moved from phase 1 to phase 2 and liked it so much I moved to the new property when it opened. Any new projects they have, they try to upgrade! It's so modern yet neutral so anyone's furniture will go with homey colors and great appliances. The washer and dryer are even included!!! Outstanding Service Whatever your expectations are, I would be shocked to hear they weren't met. Nice units / amenities on site / parking. Maintenance staff, and any requests were handled promptly. The cherry on top, management staff. 5/5
Terrible Management Team Overcharged $1,000.00 cleaning fees when I vacated the apartment.
Not the best but not the worst Compared to their sister complex, this one is much louder from slamming doors to constant thuds. While it could to some extent by passed as just normal noises, it’s quite intrusive for a peaceful atmosphere for sleep and work. Especially at night when you hear your neighbor dropping something or running into a wall. They have amenities that make it luxurious but honestly, if you consider peace and quiet a luxury, I’d be weary of this location….
Not the complete worse but not worth the cost either. For what it is and if you need to settle, it’s not the complete worse you can find in Rapid. Pros: -Units are decent, new at least. -Location -Wrapped around parking -Elevator on inside -AMAZING and breathtaking views -Staff is extremely nice and they attempt to some extent on assisting with any discrepancies.
