Speedily addresses maintenance requests. Management friendly, respectful, courteous. Great listeners with empathy.
Friendly staff that go the extra mile. Any issues are resolved promptly. I would highly recommend.
Overall stay was pretty good. Move in was bad, apartment not cleaned or ready for us to move in two weeks after our lease had started. Cleaning standards for move out were laughably high compared to the “product” given to us upon move in. Other than that, main critiques would be gym equipment not being fixed and an inefficient mail system (amazon locker would be a huge upgrade for both residents & leasing office employees).

Great place to live. Very nice landscaping, lots of yard. Great and efficient maintenance team! Lots of amenities! Pools, dog park, jacuzzi. We’ve lived here almost 9 years. I’m never moving!
