Attentive, welcoming and caring management team.
If this is about the young man that came about sink he was great. If this is about all the employees they all are so helpful
Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the office staff are always friendly and helpful.
We’ve lived her just over a year. We find the buildings very safe and quiet. They are fairly well maintained.
Maintenance gets to work orders in a timely manner given the the size of the properties.

Friendly staff that go the extra mile. Any issues are resolved promptly. I would highly recommend.
Overall stay was pretty good. Move in was bad, apartment not cleaned or ready for us to move in two weeks after our lease had started. Cleaning standards for move out were laughably high compared to the “product” given to us upon move in. Other than that, main critiques would be gym equipment not being fixed and an inefficient mail system (amazon locker would be a huge upgrade for both residents & leasing office employees).
