We just had our dog put to sleep yesterday and these people were AWESOME to us. They got us in quick so we didn't have to dwell on what we were doing. They got him ready and let us spend as much time as we needed to say goodbye and when they came back in they explained what it would be like so we would have no surprises. He went peaceful and they then gave us even MORE time to hold him one last time and even suggested we take a lock of his hair. They cut it for us and put it in a baggie.
