RecommendedDuring a bad storm lightning shut off power twice in a matter of seconds last year, so cold air was blowing outside and warm air inside. A technician came out on a weekend, told me what was wrong, and what to do, then didn't charge me. This was on a weekend towards the late afternoon/evening. I met Joe Springer last August to get some quotes, but then had some unexpected emergencies come up with my dogs. I talked to Joe, let him know what was going on.
