My family and I bought a gently used Toyota Sequoia. It was in great shape and you can see from the fleet of luxury vehicles thar they carry, quality matters here. We had excellent and very timely customer service from Kevin. He made it very easy! Trade amount offered was fair too, especially since it was a 2009 Rav 4. We didn't need to negotiate, the numbers for the trade and Sequoia were exactly what we were looking for. Thank you again Sky Motors!!
I rarely buy a vehicle site unseen, much less, across the country however, Kevin made me feel I could trust him and his team. The SUV was exactly as described. Kevin communicated regularly, provided the information and documents I requested, sent many photos and even made a short video of the vehicle inside and out. He pointed out a few small flaws just to be transparent. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Kevin and his company again! The transaction went as smooth as one could expect when purchasing a car!!
