We have gone to Shelton vet for past 7 years. They now have a new second vet and she is AMAZING.. so caring about our dogs. Great job finding her and adding her to the staff.
They are busy, but I can easily text in for appts or questions. They respond in a reasonable time. Staff has always been polite and helpful.
Very disappointed in this establishment. We have used this place for 20years and now if you're pet has an issue that requires some attention good luck getting your pet in. Takes weeks for a appointment and is not right to let your family member suffer with their issue. What's the point of being a pet hospital if you can't bring your pet in when needed. I thought this was a issue with every vet clinic but was able to make appointment with another clinic the next day. No issues. If this establishment doesn't see critical issue... read more
The staff here are always great and the Doctors are thorough with the care they provided our pets.
They are the best with my baby who is a little butthead when it comes to getting his nails clipped. Other places won't even try (he's not ferocious at all, but sounds like it). They are all wonderful in the office and take excellent care of both my babies....Princess and Milo say THANKS!!
