Salon Sase This is a great salon. I've tried others in the area, and this is one place where the stylists really listen to what you want. Everyone, without exception, is friendly and welcoming. Yes, you'll pay a bit more for services and products, but both are worth it.

Bait and Switch? I had gone in for a haircut was very pleased with everything... until it was time to pay. $45?!?! seriously? I had been told the sylist I was seeing had a rate that was in the mid 20s. I even had my husband call afterwards to ask her rates and he was given the same amount. So why was I charged nearly double?!
Poor scheduling... I booked with my regular sylist to have my hair done for my wedding. 2 days before my appointment, my husband went to have his hair cut and realized that I was not on my regular stylists schedule for our wedding day. I called to find out what happend to my appointment, and no one could help me. No one there would take ownership of the problem, they made me feel like I was lying about booking the appointments 2 months prior.
