Its hard to say good things when you go for what could be a serious problem for your pet. Overall we have had great experiences when we come. Everyone is nice and they explain what is going on amd how to help your pet.

Would loved to have walked our with a definitive answer of what is wrong with Joe, but I know sometimes it is a process of elimination. The doc was very nice and explained everything to make it easy for us to understand.
We have been treated exceptionally by all staff at Royal Oak and at Livonia. Dr. Jan has been phenomenal with Bruiser and, as everyone knows, Bruiser loves coming to the vet, everyone takes the time to provide him with love and care.
