Kristin Milam, our property manager for mom's rental house is fantastic! She is very professional, prompt and incredibly helpful when any maintenance type issues arise with our property. She also does a great job coordinating with our renters when we need to coordinate scheduling routine services. I've always been able to quickly reach her by text and she's always very responsive. She's also done a great job keeping the house rented - we appreciate her making this endeavor a pleasant one!!!
