Randy took on a very difficult endeavor and made it look easy when he listed it on Oct 14 and sold it on Oct 28 and closed it on Dec 14. To do that took qualified experience, special knowledge, selfless dedication and creative problem solving. It was a Christmas Miracle.

When **** ****** and **** ******* signed a sales contract with me working for Spencer Realty it was horrible. Several times during the time I dealt with them they bold faced lied to me and I verified it with other realtors. When I fired **** for speaking to me in a manner he shouldn't as a person WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REPRESENTING ME I was told by the sales manager I could not leave the contract and was assigned to **** ******* **** did not speak to me for the next 3 months...no response to request for price decrease.
