I dropped my vehicle off before I left for a 10-day vacation and it was fixed while I was gone so I never missed the vehicle while I was away. That was very convenient. Also, my vehicle only needed body work but they cleaned the entire vehicle, inside and out. That was a pleasant/welcomed surprise! They did a great job!
They were easy to work with, I received my quote and made an appt to have the work done within a week. I'm very happy with the quality of the work completed!
I was very pleased with the service that I had at RCC. From start to finish ,not only were they knowledgeable but answered any questions and concerns I had. I was notified before hand if any additional work was done and needed to be done. I had a very good experience working with Rochester Collision after hitting a deer. They were knowledgeable and worked patiently with me and my insurance company through what seemed like a more difficult process than it should have been. Ultimately the insurance company totaled my car, but Rochester Collision was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I got to see some of the work they were doing and would definitely go to them if I need to in the future.
