Excellant service! When I called because I suddenly lost my water I had to leave a voicemail with my name and number. Little did I know that my phone would also experiene a probem where I could get calls and be heard but I was unable to hear anything the caller said. Afer trying 3 times and hearing the frustration and desperation in my voice he did something amazing. He took a chance looking up my name and address in the phone book and showed up at my house within an hour of my original call for help and restored my water. H... read more

Rob Rozz Plumbing does phenomenal work. I had a leaking pipe so I called. Rob came out right on time for the appointment. Got right into it and fixed it in no time. They even added a fitting to drain this pipe if any other problems arise in this area of the system. When the bill came it was very fair.

We used ROB ROZZ Well and Pump Service for our well inspection on our new house in Newtown CT. They were extremely professional and courteous. Coming from the city, we were very unfamiliar with aspects of a home with well water. They answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this company.

Rob is the best plumber ever! My husband and I have used A LOT of different plumbers over the years and no one else comes close. He is not only competent for large "basement" jobs (like water softeners), but also highly skilled in the more delicate "upstairs" jobs like fixing high-end faucets and drains. We highly recommend him (and he's super nice too!)
