Jimmy McWaters is a southern gentleman We weren't planning on moving however, we found a beautiful house in the historic district of Rock Hill. We called Mr. McWaters at 6 o' Clock in the evening and he drove to the home and let us in within 15 minutes. He is very cordial and polite, very easy to deal with. I see Rinehart realty signs all over town so they must be doing a great job. PROS: Prompt and courteous CONS: None that I can think of
