Great staff & great facility
Everyone is very nice but it would be great when you are given a sample that it be written in your file so when you go back to purchase it Refine knows what they gave you.
I would like the receptionist area to be more private. I don't like that other clients can hear what treatment I had and other questions. Privacy.....can't have any there.
Love the personal attention and professionalism provided by the knowledgeable staff at Refine MD! The physicians and aetheticians are well trained and keep up on the latest techniques and ever changing products and medispa procedures. It is a real treat to receive their care!
My experience at RefineMD was exceptional in every way. The staff is very knowledgable and make you feel very comfortable. Dianne explains procedures with the utmost knowledge and professionalism. Dr. Kay is great in every way from explaining procedures to performing the procedures. Very satisfied !!
