I will recommend Bryan to anyone looking for an outstanding realtor, who not only knows his business, but will also help make the right choice and decision. He is also supported by a very reliable and very professional staff, Ms Amy, who I believed go above and beyond to make sure I get the info and help that I needed throughout the whole process of selling our house. I will see you guys again in 10 months, not as a seller but a buyer ??????

Brian is a great home seller. I would refer him to anyone who is selling a home. Everything went smoothly at closing. After having two other realitors he sold our house within a month of listing it.

Bryan is the only guy that we will call to both buy and sell! Super upfront and honest is what I like in a realtor and this is him. If you want someone that will stand up for you during the selling and or buying process your done searching! My wife and I have now purchased 2 houses and sold 1 house with Bryan as our realtor. The home that we sold was sold in less than 72 hours and 4 showings. Bryan helped us sell our house in under 19 hours. We had 11 showings, and 4 offers. He made the process fast and simple and kept us up to date along the way. We had a few hiccups throughout our process that made things a little bit stressful that were beyond our/his control, yet he did his best to help us through that process. I would happily recommend him to anyone else.

Bryan and Amy have been extremely helpful throughout the home selling process. They have consistently communicated with us each step of the way and helped us determine a sensible listing price. Showings, feedback and inspections were made very simple with the Showing Time app and their advice has proved to be valuable. I would certainly recommend working with them and would choose them again for future real estate needs.

Bryan was professional and knowledgeable. Answered any and all questions and was quick to respond when contacted. Bryan was able to give me a large variety of houses to look at. Bryan was always able to work with my schefule to visit various homes. Bryan overall made the purchase process easy.
