5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality My mirror is still on back order which isn’t Rays fault, the black strip they must have taken off to replace something isn’t completely in located in the front windshield on side that was damaged and also severe water spots on windows on that side where I had to purchase today Mother’s Clay Kit to try and get them off. 5 Star : My Experience Victor at the front desk was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Always there to answer questions any time I called, even when my insurance agent wouldn't answer my calls. The text message updates were a really nice touch too. Repairs were conducted very well with nice door gaps and an amazing color match on a very metallic flake paint job. Really enjoyed the service at Ray's Collison.
