I had a wonderful knowledgeable representative come to my house to demonstrate the water quality of my tap water, Brita filtered water and water filtered by Rainsoft. It was amazing comparing the three and seeing what is going in my body and in my body! Jim Puffer was personable and no pressure, just facts.

Just had my system serviced. My tech was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all of the technical parts of the system as well as water purification to help maintain the system and its longevity. I’m very pleased with the service and the technicians who have provided it.

We did a home water test with Rain Soft. The representative Jim was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed us everything we needed to see and explained it very well. It was an eye-opening experience for us. We learned a lot about our water. We are considering to get an equipment later this year.

My grandparents were getting their water tested by Jim. I came into the presentation 10 minutes after Jim started, but he welcomed me in with open arms and even included me by having me participate in various activities. Wow! Very Professional, Very Knowledgeable. The most important thing is that, while yes the product was stand alone impressive and a no brainer… what really sold my grandparents was how relatable, down to earth Jim was and this was the number one reason for getting the water system!
