With their incentive program they got my son interested and excited about going in for appointments. The staff is laid back and easy to talk to. They're great at scheduling appointments and keeping things running smoothly.

I went to Quad City when I needed braces, which I had for a year. When it comes to comfort, it is always a 10 out of 10. I'm amazed at how comfortable I feel! They just have a really good group of people working here.

Dr. Richards is great with my kids. All the work with the braces that she's done for their teeth has show fantastic improvements, and that is probably the best thing about Quad City Orthodontics; the results. She's great when working, always telling them what she's doing and what's going to be done next, and just making sure they're not in pain. I've been very happy with her and all the work she's put in.

Very poor service.My daughter waits about an hour each time she goes in for a appointment to get her brackets changed. Plans were set on a date she had an appointment, called 2 weeks notice but they couldn't get her back in for another month. Do not recommend this orthodontist.
