I called Primary Eye Care Center to schedule an appointment for my daughters. After I explained that my daughters are covered by Texas Children's Health Plan through CHIP I was informed that those appointments are limited to once a month and that I would need to call back at the beginning of next month to schedule. I was confounded by this limitation set on patients with this type of insurance. This is not offering quality service to all patients.
