Ron and his team were excellent. Timely and had my house sold before all the improvements were even done. The day it was listed as "coming soon", we had 4 showings plus 2 the next day and had 4 offers in less than 4 days.

I was looking for a vacation home along the Oregon coast. Ron and his staff were very patient with me as I was in no hurry to buy something. I was looking for the right home that checked all the boxes; ocean view, no visible neighbors, etc. which limited the homes I would be interested in. Even though I was remote, I live in the Bay Area, Ron kept in touch and would routinely send me listings that met my criteria. Ron assisted us in selling our business property. It took us a year to find a buyer and close the sale and Ron was willing, eager, and professional, as well as extremely patient, throughout the transaction.
