Ron and his team were excellent. Timely and had my house sold before all the improvements were even done. The day it was listed as "coming soon", we had 4 showings plus 2 the next day and had 4 offers in less than 4 days.

I was looking for a vacation home along the Oregon coast. Ron and his staff were very patient with me as I was in no hurry to buy something. I was looking for the right home that checked all the boxes; ocean view, no visible neighbors, etc. which limited the homes I would be interested in. Even though I was remote, I live in the Bay Area, Ron kept in touch and would routinely send me listings that met my criteria. When we had issues with the title on our house that could have potentially stalled our sale for up to a year, Ron knew exactly what to. He tracked down the person who had been incorrectly named on title and got the situation quickly resolved. Thanks Ron.

Ron assisted us in selling our business property. It took us a year to find a buyer and close the sale and Ron was willing, eager, and professional, as well as extremely patient, throughout the transaction.
