I had Potter Heating install a new gas boiler about six years ago. Since then, I've called them three times for repairs. This year, yet again, the boiler won't start. I called for a technician and was told it would take a week before someone could come UNLESS I wanted to pay for overtime. Needless to say they lost my business for good this time. Buyer Beware!!!

I have had this company come twice to fix my heater. The first was to clean and service my heater unit and make sure it was safe to run for the season. This happened mid September 2011. The second time was because the heat had never started working. In late October 2011 the service man came out again to fix the problem fixed a broken thermocoupler, (which was just replaced the year before) and left.
