Bob is a very good representative of the company. He was very helpful in explaining the system and the product.
Two days before moving into our new house, the hot water tank blew. We called another company but they did not return our calls! (See my review of Falso). Potter and Perrone to the rescue! They came out ASAP and did a great job. I would highly recommend them and will use them for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs! :-)
