Such a warm and friendly staff and so professional staff
Adjusted soft ear canal cap for better fit. Discussed my inability to hear doorbell & phone in another room. My phone is not compatible for such needs. Was given a list of phones which are compatible. UAMS student was very helpful, professional, had insight into my needs, & provided initiative & problem solving.
