I can see why this doctors office only has 2 stars! Their staff is very rude, and argue even yell at you over the phone, then transfer you to an even worse person! They treat my elderly father terribly! I called and was treated like crap! The doctor herself has made my father feel like he’s asking too many questions or giving her too much information. Customer service is terrible! They don’t admit their wrongs and blame previous staff member! This is such a shame!

Stated on my visit summary that I had a chlamydia test without a pee sample and kept insisting I get a Pap smear when I stated various times that I was NOT sexually active. Also stated that I had blood in my urine (suggesting UTI) when they didn’t have me pee in a cup so ???

Be prepared to wait. There is a long wait to schedule an appointment (about a month out) and there is a long wait on your appointment day. Even if I'm 20 minutes early, I don't get seen till about 2 hours later. On a good day I can be in and out within 40 minutes that's only if I'm the first client of the day or after they get back from lunch. Oh! And make sure to take ALL your medications with you (even if she prescribed it), otherwise they won't see you and you will have to reschedule.

i made an appointment with her and they wouldnt take me in for 3 months. i tried calling because i was going to be a bit late due to my baby sitter and no one answered. i drove all the way out to cathedral city and was there 10 mins late. the receptionist was talking to a women for quite some time and i was very patient. I approached her and told her my appointment was at 9 and she told me i was over 15 mins late and id have to reschedule. she tried rescheduling me for more then a month out!
