I searched and searched for the perfect area rug online and spied one I liked at Oriental Rug Mart. We are in Oregon and they are in New York. I had several questions that were answered promptly by Tim, both by phone and emails. We decided the rug was too bold for our space, but the customer service from Tim was outstanding!
