I absolutely love this place I always forget people's name. My lady is wonderful. She takes time with you and she actually cares about any problem you maybe having. The receptionist always has a smile for you. She makes sure I have my appt card for my follow up visit.

I was a new patient who needed an emergency appointment. I was not only accommodated, but also treated with the utmost respect and given amazing care. I would recommend Open Water medical to any of my friends or family.
They were all very caring, courteous, and attentive. Today was an abnormal day today for me. I came during an outage, and they informed me of the situation and how they wouldn't be able to fo alot at the time, but would oblige me with what they were able to do, and expressed my frustration I've experienced today, and how I rushed to get there to my sister's appointment with them. Very pleased with the quality of the service that this office gave me
I love the fact that the doctor listens to my concerns and takes her time with me. As a patient, she makes me feel like she cares more about my health concerns than the Almighty dollar. A family, friendly kind of feeling. I would certainly recommend open waters medical to my friends and family.
