They were all very caring, courteous, and attentive. Today was an abnormal day today for me. I came during an outage, and they informed me of the situation and how they wouldn't be able to fo alot at the time, but would oblige me with what they were able to do, and expressed my frustration I've experienced today, and how I rushed to get there to my sister's appointment with them. I love the fact that the doctor listens to my concerns and takes her time with me. As a patient, she makes me feel like she cares more about my health concerns than the Almighty dollar. A family, friendly kind of feeling. I would certainly recommend open waters medical to my friends and family.
