I came into the office to see Dr.Krause today and that never happened I need a referral from Dr. Kruse and his reply you have more important things to worry about then this , I strongly disagree I need to have surgery on this Giant Lipoma that's been here for a couple months. Very Dissatisfied and needs to be something done about this urgent matter
I wasted timetime filling out a bunch of information. When I finally got taken back someone came in. Did not tell me their name and told me they were going to refuse to help me and I need to go back to my regular doctor. I was sent there because they had the equipment for the test that my doctor wanted done. Then after refusing to treat me they are trying to bill me for it

I arrived at 11:30 am. And left the clinic at 1:30pm without seeing any doctor. I was detained (?) In a room without any.one. or any information.
The nurse was great. But whoever was suppose to turn my prescription in forgot to and when I called she said. It might not be tomorrow or next week. When u have covid and can't breathe that isn't something u want to hear. So I called back in 5 days and she forgot again. But finally got it. Tell her thank you..
My very first visit was today. My appointment was at 10, I get there at 9:30 because I don't like being late to anything. I waited for 2 hours to be seen. When the so called Dr walked in there were no introductions. She said what are you being seen for. Literally that's it! How am I as a first time patient supposed to be comfortable with a dr if I don't even know your name? I paid out of pocket the 135 even before being seen which is ridiculous but I did it anyway.
