the staff was friendly and courteous and the waiting time wasn't really too long the doctor joked around, so I hope he was anyways . I would recommend , Open Water medical and Dr cartilage

Thorough job
The only problem I have with the services I received is your phone system. When you're sick not feeling well or just plain need medical services, you don't want to talk to a recording. Please make an effort to have a person answer the phone. Everything else was great.

As a new patient, they took really good care of me. Yesterday, I went to see Dr. Terri for the first time and my insurance card hadn't been changed with their offices name so they couldn't see me. I got it fixed and they got me in the very next day and at 8 am. Very thankful

I really enjoyed my appointment with PA Gaddis. She was very knowledgeable about my medical condition. She gave me advice on how to improve my health and ordered necessary prescriptions.
