The wait time was longer than normal. However, the visit was very informative. The Doctor explained everything about the different medications that I am taking. He told me information that I have NEVER been told. I really value that education. He also checked me out and prescribed me medication for a sinus infection and vertigo.
Very welcoming atmosphere, both the Doctor and Nurse were very helpful in the explanations of my genuine concerns of my health in regards to what I should do to get better
Our PA was the Best we've had! He was friendly, professional, seemed So knowledgeable! Seemed genuinely interested in our health problems and made us feel welcome and not just a job. We appreciate his Great service 👏 👍

All went well at my first visit to Dr Krause since he became associated with Open Water. The initial paperwork was easy to fill out. Ms Mary took me to the exam room to check my vitals. My wait to see Dr Krause after finishing with the nurse was only about 7 or 8 minutes. Dr Krause was his usual self. I have been his patient for a long time and I like Dr Krause a great deal.
