Oltman Roofing has been serving Middle Tennessee since 2001. Ed Oltman, the owner, has over 50 years roofing experience in all types of roofing... shingles, metal, single-ply, TPO, and PVC. We are certified shingle installers with Certainteed, and certified Versico and Firestone installers of single ply, TPO, and PVC. We are also capable of fabricating sheet. Oltman Roofing services residential and commercial roofing needs. We work with insurance companies during the claims process, we offer free estimates, and are fully insured and licensed with the State of Tennessee (#47738).

Due to a March hail storm, we needed our roof & gutter replaced. We wanted to use a local business to support our area. We chose Oltman Roofing, and were not disappointed. They personally met with the insurance adjuster. They bid a very fair price (I had two other bids), their communication was excellent, and the service & product they delivered was outstanding. Along the way there were a few minor bumps in the road, but they were quickly addressed and the job was completed in a professional and timely manner. I would gladly use them again, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roofing or gutters.

From start to finish Oltman Roofing was a real pleasure to deal with!!! Out of five roofers in my area they did what they said they would, when they said they would, and returned your phone calls!! They were the only ones who did!! Todd was great and very fast at measuring my roof, getting me the estimate, and getting the roof job finished! Also they were the most reasonable price for what kind of roof I had done. Would use this company any day of the week and twice on Sunday....Thanks guys for a great job done!!!
