Had my appointment scheduled a week prior and I got there today at the time I was supposed to and ended up waiting there for nearly an hour and a half while they only had 3 patients and told me I had to reschedule because they were closing. No communication whatsoever and terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend.

I am super disappointed in my level of service this past year after believing I found the "right dentist" for myself and my husband's needs. Our first 1-3 visits things went smooth and seemed fine, no over the top care to rave about just yet. BUT, that is no longer the case. It speaks volumes when a medical facility in any form can immediately get you onto the schedule no matter what your service may be as it shows they do not have the business that requires further scheduling out to begin with. Very disappointed, made an appointment to have a tooth looked at that was giving me pain. They suggested I have a full inspection done, I asked if this was covered by my insurance and was told yes so I scheduled it, when they did the inspection they suggested I get a saliva test done and again I asked if insurance would cover it and again was told yes. This is the BEST dentist I have been to with my child! They are kind, they are caring. Hygentist Niki is the best explaining everything thoroughly and having realistic expectations! Dr. Gallup Is the BEST dentist I have had the pleasure of working with!!

Feeling fell out before Christmas. All the dental clinics were closed was able to get in to Oil City Dental on January 4. Staff was very courteous and professional. Dr. Trent was awesome. Remove the old leftover filling and replaced all with new. No insurance no problem was able to pay cash and they gave me a discount with cash payment. I was pleased to get the tooth fixed in such an expedient manner. Awesome job all around would recommend in a heartbeat Thank you all at Oil City Dental.
