OAH DID NOT Demonstrate the ability to show compassion and triage life and death situations with our cat to allow us to bring him in to be seen vs "all appoitments are filled so best we can do is have a vet call you back." This was a sudden worsening change in condition from running around, to not being able to move and looking and acting very very ill. We felt he was possibly dying.
