Made my daughter feel relaxed & comfortable. All of the staff was very kind.
NWO is far superior to Physicians Plus on North Main, which I won't return to. Your wait time is short, I received a mask when coughing. I suspected I had strep but didn't know I also had influenza B. Both were diagnosed. They were helpful, thorough, but didn't keep me any longer than needed. They've also done a good job on previous visits.
Was seen fast and treated fast
I came in with lower back pain. The registration staff was very nice and professional. Jenny did a wonderful job listening to my concerns and coming up with solutions to treat my back.
Little length in wait time but other than that good.
The staff was very responsive and kept me informed of what would happen next and informed me of delays. They were very professional, friendly and courteous.
