They are very professional and very personable. They keep my mouth in great shape.
Dr. Halpern and his staff are very good at explaining procedures. They are very kind and professional as well.
I think the staff sensed that I was nervous from the get-go, so they keep checking in, asking if I was ok, etc...That put my mind at ease for some serious procedures due to my gum issues. The dentist even checked on me the same night just make sure I'm fine.
I have dental anxiety but Dr. Halpern and his staff truly put me at ease. I recently had the LANAP procedure and can honestly say it was much easier than I anticipated. Dr. Halpern has such a calm and gentle approach. He explained everything thoroughly and made certain I was comfortable during the entire procedure.
