I don't have money to be seeing a doctor
the office in La Portr has no provider so I had a telehealth appt with a Np in Michigan City. I believe Jessica. she was very helpful but could not refill my meds unless it was in person. I understand that. I just am really hoping for a provider in La Porte soon. it is not convenient for me to go to another office. THAT is my disappoint not the nurse practitioner.

When I called to make appointment I told scheduler that I had an appointment in Chesterton several months ago and I was supposed to be scheduled for a liver biopsy and nobody ever called and so I asked if I can make an appointment to get that scheduled and the Michigan city North Shore area said yes and also said I could switch to Michigan city. when I got to the Michigan city North Shore facility they said they couldn’t help me with anything. I had to go back to Chesterton why wasn’t t told that when I made the appointment
I had an appointment set u for last week in Laporte that was canceled and I was asked to go to Michigan City because there was no physician in LaPorte, then the next day fasting for blood work only to find no person available for a blood draw in the lab in Laporte. I was asked if I would go to Chesterton for labs. No.
