The wait for the blood work being drawn was too long. Why only 1 person is performing this task ? Getting to talk with anyone regarding results is impossible you can call and call they will transfer you and then no one will answer the phone , you can’t leave message I just don’t understand why no one can send a message with test results
Well I was very upset and could tell the receptionists knew my results as I walked out in tears. As they kept staring my entire way out. I feel this is VERY unprofessional and breaks MY PRIVACY!! Then to try and get my results to my referral Dr. & copies for myself was multiple attempts from me and Dr. Office.
