Your facilities need BETTER inter-department communication for a fact
Appointment was 10am. I completed questionnaire prior to Appointment. When I arrived, checked in and with in 10 minutes called to the back. In doctor office at 9:50 am. Doctor shah didn't come to office until 11:00. Almost left 10 minutes before he showed up because I was upset. Then one of my referrals to get fitted for a knee brace. I asked him if they are in my network and he said yes. I called to make an appointment and was told I'm out of network. So now I have to get. I waited an hour and 30 minutes for the doctor to approve and send my request for antibiotic prescription to the onsite pharmacy. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and professional. The pharmacy employees were also helpful and professional.
