I tell friends that I was extremely happy with Murphy Bros because of Great Customer Service & how I enjoy the updated look of my completed project.
Design. We found Gail Jacobson to be very helpful and accommodating. Cabinet makers, we think that cabinets are well made. Carpentry-we think Shawn and his crew did a nice job and always cleaned up nicely at the end of the day.
I just wish them well in getting new business & providing other clients with the quality work they gave to me.
John Murphy is TRUE to his commitments!
Thank you for your geniune friendship to me!
Roger is a detailed painter. Aaron is a good contact person. Dan, Sherry, etc. & most of all John Murphy.
I am BIG on GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE & that's why I liked Murphy Bros. I was impressed at how accessible John Murphy was to me when I needed questions answered. John Murphy is very personable & made time for me. All others made sure I was taken care of to my satisfaction.
The TIME that John Murphy gave me with stopping by my house & giving me access to his direct line when I had questions with my project. Not every President of a Company will do that. John always assured me of a positive outlook. John, also, is able to visualize what a customer is wanting & had time...
I appreciated "the extras" they suggested & I went ahead with as the project proceeded. Even though those "extras" added cost to the project those "extras" I have enjoyed more than I thought I would.
