We were thrilled with everyone we interacted with: Theresa, Jamie, Ivan and others whose names escape me now. Each person was enjoyable to communicate with, and was clearly an expert in their field.
Cherie was amazing with customer service and her design talents. She offered suggestions and multiple options for consideration and was patient as we considered them. Sean is a talented carpenter and did a great job including regular communication of what he accomplished and outstanding issues.
I was most satisfied with the overall communication and organization. The overall job was good.

Mark the carpenter is one of the best craftsman we have ever worked with. He did an outstanding job for us. He obviously takes pride in his work and we would want him working on any future project for us. Jonah also did a great job helping us define our project. We appreciated all the improvements he...
