I went to Mufflers for less and they had a nice waiting room with a big screen TV, free fresh coffee, and get this, a clean ladies room!!! The guys there were friendly and really took care of me. They took me under my car and showed me exactly what I needed, for free! They did not pressure me to have the work done, but gave me a write up with the price good for 30 days. I am picky about my mechanics, but I would recommend Mufflers for Less to any of my family and friends. They are honest and strait forward and their prices are more than fair. They made a custom dual exhaust for my Classic 71 Dodge Charger. The mechanic, Aldi installed a custom X-pipe, that they invented; and it was beautiful. The thing looked like it came from the factory! The manager told me that if I wasn't 100% satisfied with my custom system, I wouldn't have to buy it. scam warranty – I bought a muffler and tailpipe from them 3 years ago charged me 250 installed,went back last week with receipt,the muffler they put on was blown out front and back.The manager told me they could replace the muffler,but would have to charge me 140 for the labor.I asked about the warranty and he told me it was lifetime on the muffler not the labor,i told him to just give me the muffler and i would put it on myself of course he said he couldn't do that.I also found out that they write the price for the muffler ... read more

thank you mufflers for less! i read some of the negative comments that are posted and i couldn't believe they were true. i was recommended by a friend years ago and have been a customer since. i needed from the converter back on my 2000 honda civic, i returned 1 year and 10 months later expecting to pay for more work, they told me my muffler had a hole in it and that it was still covered under warranty and put a new muffler on for free. as i thanked the man behind the counter he said they prided themselves on being fair and ... read more

Best muffler shop in Cleveland!! – I was treated so well at Mufflers for Less. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about their products and were very honest about the work I needed to have done on my car. The price was lower than any other shop in the ares, and the exhaust system is made out of aluminized steel, which lasts longer. They will have my business for life. And I always recomend them whenever anyone needs any exhaust or brake work done, Great work, great price!! THANK YOU MUFFLERS FOR LESS!!
