Very happy with the way the project turned out. We had a fairly extensive project — upper and lower deck with kitchen and firepit, and a new entry door. The quality of construction was impressive. We worked with Scott as our main point of contact and he was very easy to communicate with, listened whenever we had questions, and followed through on what he said he was going to do. Not inexpensive, but worth it. They kept to timelines and budget, and the final product was exactly what we envisioned.

Our deck was in need of replacement and we wanted it covered since it was westward facing. The roof cover was somewhat difficult since our house had some windows as well as other things to design around. Mosaic designed the roof as well as the new deck and stairs to meet our requirements and had high wind rated shades to help with the sun exposure. I’ve worked with Mosaic for 2 large and complex projects. They’re the only people on the front range that I’d trust to build my next outdoor living space. Just incredible quality and trust with all of their team members. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best. I can’t recommend them enough.

This company clearly designs and builds beautiful outdoor living spaces. We will not be getting one, unfortunately. Caution to those getting a quote and committing to a design plan from Mosaic: make sure they are clear with you on what the ballpark quote includes. Once you pay a significant fee (2.5k) for the design costs, you will get your final quote. In our case, our final quote was 60% higher than the ballpark quote. Can't say enough good things about Mosaic Outdoor Living. Outstanding team - right from the first meeting with Andy, my wife and I discarded thoughts of using anyone else, and we couldn't be happier. From working the design and project oversight with Jason to the project management with Darren, the team was fully engaged throughout the build, taking our wants and needs and making our dream deck a reality. We couldn't be happier! Kudos to the team at Mosaic for doing an amazing, amazing job! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
