Have gone to this dentist’s office for years...still drive up from C Springs. Dr B has set the bar high for the culture which is clearly “a professional team”. Office staff and techs are so skilled and exceptional in all areas.
Dr B is so skilled, has an infectious lighthearted behavior to put me at ease, and is empathetic throughout all the processes. Last visit, my top notch tech, Nicole, explained clearly everything she was doing in lay language and the reasons for it... which I requested and she obliged so effectively.
Jill, the Office Manager, has everything run like clockwork... always. She keeps the customer in mind for all billing, scheduling, patient services, and explains all facets on the account statement...she treats you as such a special customer. She is a pleasure from once you enter the office to when I leave.
I had cancelled my mid year appointment due to Covid. After this most recent appt, all safety precautions were evident and I forgot what a pleasurable experience going to the dentist could be...

I went in for a cleaning/checkup yesterday. I have had just about every dental procedure that Monument Family Dentistry offers because I neglected my teeth. I had no issues with any of the work and now I am in maintenance mode with healthy teeth. Have been in twice since the outbreak of Covid-19 with zero problems. Dr. B********* and his staff are terrific.

Safe with clear virus instructions and precautions. Extremely professional staff, efficient and explain all procedures before then carry them out. I'd recommend Monument Family Dentistry to every one in the Tri-Lakes and northern Colorado Springs area.

They did an outstanding deep cleaning. I had the best checkup I have had in years. They also found a way to replace my partial. I asked two other dentist and they couldn’t find a way to replace the partial.

Everyone is always very friendly and welcoming. The hygienist and Dr. Burtwistle are very professional and friendly. They make it very relaxed and explain everything they do.
