I should have realized when they called & could do the work immediately that it was too good to be true. They told me the heater was Energy Star rated. It was not. They didn't do a site surgery first and installed a heater model that didn't fit properly in the space & because of that it sits on an angle. Then it took a week just to get an invoice & proof of purchase. The guy they sent...
Charged entirely too much for this service. Only to repair hose bib = $327. $20 part and the rest labor charges for 30 mins.
