Exceeding Expectations

Honest & Trustworthy
They are honest and trustworthy. We contacted them because we thought we needed a new humidifier. The technician from Midwest Heating inspected our old one first and found that it just needed a few minor repairs and wouldn't need to be replaced. He also took the time to fix a few minor furnace problems he noticed while there as well.

Perfect service
They installed a humidifier for us. They were able to get the appointment scheduled right away. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful and the technician showed up right on time and was great.

Went above and beyond
The installers did a good job of installing the equipment. They offered an option on the installation orientation of the outdoor unit and made a couple of minor unplanned improvements/fixes to our ductwork.
