It was Christmas eve morning and my dog was having ear trouble...we had an appt that morning..they took care of him...then talked about his weight and overall health. They care about your animal from tip of nose to tip of tail. They are truly the best.
Very loving towards our 'Scoop', he was not afraid at all. When we went back for the forgotten supplement he was happy to be returning. Scoop is an eight year old Cairn Terrier and a very spoiled family member.
