Fantastic experience. Clean, organized office. Efficient front desk. Modern approaches and equipment but with the family business approach and ambience. Rosie was an absolute delight and clearly very skilled. Dr. de Wet was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to explain processes and procedures.
I always receive gentle & knowledgeable care. Mid Valley Dental is very updated w all technology. They don’t do unnecessary work and always discuss costs w you. I definitely would recommend them to any friend or family member.
Always a pleasure to go in & have my teeth cleaned! I leave every appointment with my balance (usually $0) & a listing of my family’s next appointments. If another appointment besides the next cleaning is needed I receive an estimate & decide when to schedule that appointment. The staff is very transparent & honest with what insurance does & does not cover.
I am a new patient at Mid Valley Dental. My experience could no have been better. Dr. Mike is excellent. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
I'd like to start off by saying that the majority of the staff here are very great people and despite me being a bit scared of the dentists office, they treated me pretty well. With that being said, I still wouldn't give my rating for this dentist even a two star review due to what has happened to me today.
