I tried to make an appointment earlier this week. The first time I called I was hung up the moment I said hello. The second time I called I requested an appointment and was transferred to someone's voicemail without explanation. I didn't receive a call back in two days. I called again and the receptionist transferred me yet again to a man's voicemail. I left my second message and did not get a call back to date. They have made mistakes on my taxes 2 years in a row. The second mistake was over $2000 and now it's going to cost me hundreds of dollars in interest to pay back to the IRS. They tell me it was a error in keying in the numbers and they won't even apologize for it!!!!
