Good Complex I live in a family building at Mason Properties and overall I'm happy with how everything is managed. Maintenance comes down and gets the work done with I need them, and they have good rates for the 3 bedroom apartment I rent.
Good area Mason Properties is a good area to live in. The rent is lower than most places (considering the size), and they keep a pretty good watch over the apartments. I feel safe here, and I have a better apartment than a lot of my friends who aren't on this complex.
No problems with Mason Properties for… No problems with Mason Properties for the past year that I've been at the James Court apartment. Everything is in great condition and if something does need to be looked at, the maintenance people or the front office people are nice. I really don't have any problems here, so I tell my friends about it.
