Lily is AMAZING!! She's very knowledgeable and she goes over and beyond for her clients. What I love most about Lily was her availability. Me and my husband work very long hours in NYC and she made herself available to us late night to answer every and any question we had. If she couldn't answer your question she took the time to research or search her contacts for someone who could. Margo, introduced to me by a family friend, helped us sell a condominium at a very difficult time for our family, given that the property had been passed on by my father who had just died of cancer. Margo was simply wonderful- especially considering the emotional stress we were under- she was efficient yet patient, extremely knowledgeable, and unbelievably responsive.
